Q: How long does it take to make my item?
It takes approximately 3 weeks to make your items. And 5-7 days to ship. We try our hardest to ship earlier.
Q: When will I receive my package?
You should receive your package 5-7 business days AFTER item(s) have shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail.

Q: I live in another country. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within the US and Canada.

Q: How will I know when my item has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail with tracking info once your package has shipped. This may take 24hrs to update. Please make sure all info on PayPal is updated. We are NOT responsible for sending items to wrong address.

I stand by all items I handmake and make sure that each piece is made 100% for you.
That being said all items are FINAL SALE. No Returns on items worn, washed, damaged etc.
If an EXCHANGE is needed due to wrong sizing or damage from maker, it MUST be returned within 14 days of item received. Items will be exchanged with another same value item. Postage will NOT be refunded.
